Once I've booked, what happens next?

Once the short course is booked with ourselves then we will send you your Pre-Course Joining Instructions by email, confirming your requirements and including:

1. Course Outline
2. Pre-Course Questionnaire
3. Directions to our studio
4. Course Invoice - payable by BACS or cheque
5. Accommodation options (if required)

Within your Pre-Course Joining Instructions you will be asked to return your questionnaire and £75 deposit per person to us as soon as possible, with the remaining balance required no later than 10 days prior to the course commencing. Failure to meet this timescale is likely to result in the cancellation of your booking.

The Pre-Course Questionnaire is a very important document, as it gives you the chance to outline your current IT skills, whether you use MAC or PC, which software version you use, areas you wish us to focus on during the course and your dietary requirements.
