Introduction to Apple Mac and OSX

This Introduction to Apple Mac and OSX training course is designed for new users of Apple Computers; those switching from Windows PCs; or users who have acquired basic Mac skills but want to learn more about configuring and optimisating their system. Participants will be given a complete overview of OSX, the built-in applications and utilities, as well as configuring network services and file sharing between other Apple and Windows computers. Routine system maintenance, basic problem solving and other essential skills will be covered. A second day, taken either to follow on, or as a later refresher, will provide a more indepth look at the built-in Apple software applications, such as iPhoto and iMovie.
